Kuwait Wayanad Association has organized the inauguration function of its mega charity program “KWA Ashraya” dialysis project in association with MES Hospital Sulthan Bathery at Wayanad District in Kerala. The inaugural program has organized at MES Hospital on 14th April 2018 Saturday 3.30 pm. Kuwait Wayanad Association officials and their families, hospital management officials & social workers were attend the program.
Kuwait Wayanad Association General Secretary Mr. Reji Chirayath welcomed the guests to the inaugural meeting and MES Governing President Mr. Kakodan Muhammed presided over. The Program had inaugurated by the famous social activist and kidney donor Rev. Fr. Dr. Shibu Kuttipparichel and in his speech, he praised the Wayanad Association’s efforts and expressed his hope that other organizations would follow the same model.
Greetings given by Mr. Roy Mathew (KWA Ashraya Wayanad Convener), Mr. P. P. Abdul Khadar (Vice President -Hospital Management), Mr. K. M. Shabeer( MES Director Board Member), P.P Ayyoob (Former Member of Hospital Management), Dr. John (MD & Medical Superintendent), Mr. Aby Paul (KWA Advisory Board Member), Mrs Rajamma Rajappan ( Retd. Lieutnant -Army Service), Dr. Jithendranath (Senior Anesthetist), Mr. Rajagopal (Social Worker), Mr. Janesh (MES Dialysis Chief Technician) also spoke.
Mr. Rajagopal, one of the principal humanitarian activists of Sulthan Bathery was honored with the Memento by Mr.Siddiq who was the founder member of Kuwait Wayanad Association. The vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Konikkal Khader (Manager of MES).
Kuwait Wayanad Association is expecting total cost of Ten laks to implement this project and hope this will support hundreds of poor and marginalized kidney patients in Wayanad District.
