Kuwait Chapter of Global Kerala Pravasi Association (GKPA) conducted its first anniversary on April 27 at the United Indian School. The annual public meeting commenced from 10 am in the presence of GKPA State President Siddique Koduvalli and General Secretary Dr S Soman and elected the new office bearers for the year 2018-19. Various types of competitions and cultural programs were help till 5 o'clock in the evening, executing the talents of expatriate children and youth . The cultural conference help at 6 PM was chaired by President and Global Chairman chairman Mr. Mubarak Kambrath, Secretary Reji Chirarayath welcomed the participants. Function was inaugurated by the Indian Embassy's Second Secretary PP Narayanan. He congratulated the performance of GKPA in the public service service and congratulated the humanitarian unity message GKPA stands for. The event was followed by the publishing first souvenir of GKPA by Western Union delegate Mr. Dinu.
KKMA Magnet Team Leaders Salim Kommeri and Basheer Uthinoor were honored for the contributions of social services. Babuji Bathery, the patron of GKPA, delivered the keynote address. Lokha Kerala sabha representatives Mr. Sam Paynamoodu, Babu Fransisco appreciated the development of GKPA and extended all possible solidarity in future. State President Siddiq Koduvally, General Secretary Dr S Soman , elected president Premson Kayamkulam, Vice President Sebastian Vathukadan, Vanitha President Sobha Nair, Core member Susan Mathew and Treasurer Anil Anad given speeches. TRASSK President Biju Kadavi, Kerala Association's Manikkuttan and Social Worker Ashraf (KMCC) were also present for the event. The winners were awarded prize prizes, GKPA membership of distribution was inaugurated followed by Mega Show by Vismaya Art Team.
