IMA Youthwing Kuwait organized “PUBLIC IFTAAR” on the 1st of June, Friday at Masjid Al-Ghanim, Khaitan. The gathering was attended by a massive crowd of more than 600 residents from various parts of Kuwait, namely, Khaitan, Salmiya, Abbasiya, Jaleeb, Fahaheel & Mahboula.
The highlights of the event were as follows:
The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Br.Hafiz Amanullah, followed by the inaugural words by Br.Aijaz Ahmed (President, IMA-YW).
The guest speaker from India, Nayeemuddin Islahi Sahab (Guest ministry of awqaf-Kuwait ), addressed the gathering on topic of Ramadan, Imaan and Ehtasab.
The highlight of the evening was the speech on “Ramadan Mubarak ke tariqui futoohat” by renowned speaker Janab Sharfuddin Soofi Sahab which was efficacious, precisely tailored for the youth. He stressed the importance of evaluating our worship during the Holy month and motivated everyone one to exert themselves further in worship during the remainder of Ramadan.
The program concluded with the vote of thanks by Jb.Masood Shihab sahab (President, IMA) followed by dua from Jb.Shamil Parvez sahab (Vice President, IMA).Dinner was served along with the iftaar.Delighted by the arrangements, the attendees thanked IMA-YW for organizing a spiritual program of such nature and expressed great interest in attending future events.
“ Join and support us in this noble cause and help us shape a better future” Mr. Aijaz ahmad urged the residents of Kuwait.
