2,342 job ‘opportunities’ for highly qualified graduates

KUWAIT CITY : Recent Civil Service Commission (CSC) statistics indicate 2,342 job opportunities are available in public sector for highly qualified graduates; 1,400 for male and 1,370 for female, while the rest is unspecified, reports Al-Qabas daily.

Statistics show 2,400 openings for the holders of Diploma, of which 780 are for male, 260 for female and the remaining is undetermined, while secondary certificate holders have 1,170 job opportunities for 730 male.

Also, 154 jobs are available in public sector for secondary certificate holders; 20 for male and 53 for female, while the remaining is unspecified, statistics revealed.

With regard to elementary stage certificate holders undergoing twoyear courses 320 job are available for them; 126 for male, 97 for females and the rest is not defined, while 51 opportunities are open to elementary school leavers from both sexes undergoing one-year courses.

Statistics showed that public sector is in need of 86 master’s degree holders; 31 male and 27 female, in addition to 19 PhD holders; 6 males, 7 females and 6 unspecified.

In private sector, 16 jobs are available for elementary leavers undergoing one year training courses, and 14 for primary school leavers.
