Cheese and mustard drumsticks

Ingredients

1 cup Farmers Union Greek Style Yogurt
60g parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
8 chicken drumsticks

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large roasting pan with baking paper.

Step 2

Combine yoghurt, parmesan, breadcrumbs, mustard and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Coat each drumstick in yoghurt mixture. Place in prepared pan. Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes. Remove foil and roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool in pan.
