Masala Fish Cutlet

Ingredients

1   ½ kilo good variety of fish pieces

1 tbsp coriander powder
    ½ tbsp chilli powder
    ¼ tbsp pepper powder
    1 tbsp ginger
    1 tbsp vinegar
    Salt to taste

3   ¼ cup cooking oil

4  ½ cup chopped onions
   1 tbsp chopped green chillies

5 1 egg
    Bread powder as per taste

Method

Boil the fishes pieces along with the ingredients listed under number 2
Mince it well once it cools down
Saute the ingredients listed under number 4 in cooking oil
Add the fish pieces into this and keep it to cool for some time
Now, add the egg yolk to this and make little flattened balls out of the mixture
Dip the balls into the well beaten egg white
Then, coat them in bread crumbs and deep fry it in hot oil
