Prawn Pil Pil

Ingredients 

Prawns - 500 grams
Chili paste - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Chopped garlic - 2 tablespoons
Chili flakes/ red chilies - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 300 ml
Chopped parsley (coriander leaves) - 2 tablespoons

Method:

Soak chilies in vinegar then grind to fine paste.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add prawns, chili flakes, chopped garlic, salt, chili paste, cook for some time and switch off the flame.
At last, sprinkle parsley to it and mix it.
Serve this hot with bread or as an accompaniment to soup.
